REFUND POLICY

Ticket Refund Policy - Kingdom Conference

1. General Refunds:
- Refund requests must be made up to 7 days prior to the event date. 
- After this period, refunds will not be granted, except in special cases.

2. How to Request a Refund:
- To request a refund, please send an email to info@cacielaluxury.com with your name, order number and reason for the refund request. 
- A member of our team will process your request and respond within 3 business days.

3. Event Cancellation:
- If the event is canceled or postponed, all tickets purchased will be refunded in full or may be transferred to the new date, at the participant's discretion.

4. Ticket Transfer:
- Attendees may transfer their tickets to another person up to 48 hours prior to the event. To do so, it is necessary to send an email with the transfer details.

5. Exceptions:
- No refunds will be granted for non-attendance at the event. 
- In cases of force majeure (e.g. serious illness, emergencies), we will review special refund requests at the discretion of the organizing team.
