Chuk's mainstay is helping organisations increase their Enterprise Value and accelerate Strategic Business Growth. He is an expert in Business Design and Enterprise Architecture, and the forerunner of SAAT™ (Strategic Accelerated AI Transformation), a proprietary methodology that is pivotal in steering businesses towards sustained growth, AI-native operating models and long-term resilience.
Over the past 15 years, Chuk has led complex transformation across UK government and private enterprise, including the UK Home Office, Capgemini UK and the Metropolitan Police Service, as well as Ministry of Defence and Cabinet Office led initiatives, where the cost of getting business architecture wrong is measured in operational and institutional consequence, not just budget.
In the last decade, he has also mentored and trained hundreds of aspiring consultants, Business Analysts and Business Architects, empowering them to navigate the complexities of digital transformation with confidence and acumen. Since 2014, he has personally developed more than 120 Business Analysts, Business Architects and Consultants through a leading CMI-certified training institute, his own Digital Experience Accelerator programme, and The Knowledge Academy (TKA), where he delivers the BCS Professional Certificate in Business Architecture, the UK industry benchmark qualification. His expertise not only shapes successful enterprises but also nurtures the next generation of strategic thinkers.
Above all, Chuk is a family man, married to his lovely wife and sweetheart Ijeoma, with whom he shares two beautiful children, Paul and Christly.
