HISTORY
I began my professional journey at the age of 18 in the field of Electrotechnics. Even at that age, my interests and readings revolved around Psychology, Psychosomatics, Philosophy, Sociology, Metaphysics, and Graphology. At 21, a decisive biographical question emerged, resonating within me with a vocational amplitude expressed by the following phrase: "I don’t want to dream my life, I just want to live my dream." From that point on, I completely changed my socio-professional orientation.
Then, I took the necessary steps to return to university studies, balancing work and studies for 14 years both in France and Canada. Starting in the Humanities in Paris and after in Canada. Certificated in Graphology and simultaneously in Digital-electro-acupuncture and Nutrition. After to be certificate in Andragogy, I began a bachelor's degree in Vocational Psychology and, subsequently, in Clinical Psychology up to the master's level.
As a psychotherapist, throughout my clinical practice, I empirically observed that most psychological disorders coincide with organic dysfunctions. After various researches and additional training, I adopted and integrated a holistic view of health and well-being, reconciling body and mind, aiming to harmonize psychosomatic and somatopsychic interactions, as well as the spiritual and transpersonal dimension.
In order to consolidate my knowledge in micronutrition, in 2017, I decided to invest in a new discipline in the field of health and cellular nutrition, leading me to study and certify myself in Nutritherapy in Belgium in 2020.
Currently, I work as a psychotherapist and in Nutritional Medicine to prevent and remedy various health problems, both in the psychological and physiological spheres (hyperglycemia, type 2 diabetes, overweight, cardiovascular dysfunctions, etc.). Author of 3 books, I am finishing a 4th on Nutritional Medicine.
