Dear Sirs/Madams,

I hereby present myself to you in a succinct and objective manner, with high
Esteem and Consideration;

I, identified above, with a degree in Legal Law as Solicitor, began my professional life in 1992 at Grupo BCP, Banco Comercial Português (Private Bank), where I performed with great personal honor and pride, various advisory and coordination functions, in the most varied associates of the Group, from the Trade and Business Network, Nova Rede, Ocidental Seguros, Credibanco, founding member of Banco Expresso Atlântico in joint venture with the Jerónimo Martins Group, having been the first "in-store banking" operation in Portugal.

In 2001/2002, I embraced, by invitation, a brief incursion of about 5 years in national and local political activity, a decision driven by vocation and the desire to participate in public life full-time, since I have always participated voluntarily and without remuneration in many moments of political life, as a member of various associations of a social and local nature, I understood at that moment to justify a full participation as an advisor in various areas, particularly in the environmental legal area, such as, for example, the resolution of the problem in the metropolitan area of Lisbon of the treatment of organic waste, having been one of those responsible for the analysis and monitoring of the dossier and international public tender relating to the process of creating and building the central organic waste treatment plant as an advisor to the Social Democratic councilor.

In 2004/2005, I felt it was time to return to my professional legal career, I always understood politics with a spirit of public mission and never as a professional career.

Thus, and again by invitation, for a period of approximately 5 years I performed the functions of procedural and legal director in the international real estate network ERA.

Since 2010/2011, I have been working as a liberal professional as a Solicitor duly registered with the Bar of Solicitors and Enforcement Agents, currently assisting clients from all over the world, in the areas of legal advice and legal and tax representation in various areas such as investment and business advice, company creation, etc.

I speak and write 5 languages fluently.

On a Personal Note;

I am Catholic, and since I was very young I have always participated, due to the
extraordinary example of my Mother and my Godmother of Baptism, in various
volunteer actions, both in the traditional collections for the Cáritas Portugal
Institution, and for the Portuguese Association against Cancer and others, such as
anonymously providing essential goods for the Comunidade Vida e Paz in its
extraordinary and constant help to the scourge of the homeless.

I am and have always been a compulsive reader, passionate about the History of
Portugal in the World and of the global World History.

I am a member of the Portuguese Royal Cause.

It is with great honor that I am a member of the "Lions International" organization.

Member of the Board of the Lions Club "Lisboa Mater", founding club of the Lions
movement in Portugal and Spain.

I practiced amateur Rugby from the age of 13 to 17, very important for my personal
formation, in terms of the values of discipline and chivalry.

I did my mandatory Military service with great pride in representing the Nation and
in understanding the importance of the values of respect for hierarchies.

I have authored several articles in the national press on various matters of a legal
nature, and foreign investment in Portugal.
