Came to the UK from South Africa, started with nothing. Worked my way up from a labour on site, to a contracts manager. At 25 I started my property development company and in the last just over 5 years have developed over 94 apartments and recently started a property training company teaching people how to do the same. Helping inspire people to change their lives and better their communities. As co-founder of Northern Oak Training, I bring the same ambition and performance-driven mindset that’s guided me through delivering multi-million-pound property developments across the UK. I’ve led projects from acquisition to completion, always with a focus on creating homes that prioritise wellbeing, design, and long-term value. I believe in radical honesty, the pursuit of excellence, and the power of a great team to outperform any individual. That’s the energy I bring to our training platform—ensuring every module is grounded in real-world experience, built to inspire, and designed to help learners become the best version of themselves in this industry.
